Prakash Jamar Kattel, a supply chain modeler, consultant and statistician at Quetica, was recently published in the Socio-Economic Planning Services Journal for his research regarding a framework to locate critical infrastructure (CI) facilities, such as health services, transportation and electricity. The paper looks at the dependencies of supporting stations that provide essential services to the CI facilities, like power supply, communication and water supply services. Prakash has a master’s degree from Ohio University in Industrial and Systems Engineering and experience designing, developing and implementing data driven solutions
