City of Coon Rapids Public Works Building Roof Replacement

Quetica is leading the City of Coon Rapids Roof Replacement Project at the Public Works building by providing comprehensive Architectural, Engineering, and Environmental Services. This project involves replacing approximately 77,654 square feet of existing ballasted EPDM roofing and insulation with a new Built-Up Roofing (BUR) system and high-performance polyisocyanurate insulation. As part of our thorough evaluation process, roofing test cuts will be performed across the roof areas to assess the current insulation’s type, thickness, and condition for potential reuse.
