City of Brooklyn Center West Fire Station Roof Replacement

The roof replacement project for the City of Brooklyn Center at the West Fire Station successfully involved the removal and replacement of the existing Built-Up Roofing (BUR) system and insulation across approximately 16,000 square feet of low-slope roof area. Our team conducted thorough roofing test cuts to evaluate the existing insulation, confirming its condition and determining if it could be reused. This project enhances the building’s durability and performance while ensuring compliance with modern energy standards. Quetica provided roofing design and MEP engineering services.
