Gearty Park Shelter Roof Replacement

This project included roof replacement of the four flat roof areas with hip roof, and included:

• Replacement of the existing flat roof areas and sloped metal roof areas with a new metal hip roof system.
• Replacement of wood siding, soffit, and fascia with metal siding, soffit, and fascia.
• Replacement of the clerestory window and increased roof insulation R-value.
