City of Golden Valley Lakeview Park Shelter Roof Replacement

The project includes roof replacement of the four flat roof areas with a hip roof. This project includes replacement of the existing flat roof areas and sloped metal roof areas with a new metal hip roof system. The project also included replacement of wood siding, soffit, and fascia with metal siding, soffit, and fascia. The project included replacement of the clerestory window and increased roof insulation R-value.
