Hamline Church United Methodist Remodel
Hamline Church United Methodist in Saint Paul has deep historic roots. The original church building, constructed in 1900, burned in a spectacular fire in 1925. Everything was lost, and a new church building was erected a few years later. With the church approaching 100 years in age, remodels and repairs of the historic building and interior are expected and necessary. This recent remodel included replacement of the existing kitchen exhaust hood and kitchen HVAC systems with code compliant systems, plumbing system upgrades/modifications, new toilet facilities, HVAC and plumbing upgrades. Quetica’s engineering roles included mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) project manager and HVAC and plumbing engineer of record. Quetica provided the mechanical and electrical engineering services for this remodeling protect.
