Quetica serves as the project manager and lead engineer on the Hmongtown Marketplace redevelopment project in Saint Paul. This complex project involves a variety of design challenges ranging from unsuitable soils and environmental conditions to designing an innovative and creative development that transports visitors to a truly Asian marketplace. The vision is to redevelop the site into a cultural center, a gathering place for the Hmong community, not only the Minnesota Hmong community, but Hmong throughout the nation.
