Performed an independent business and technology assessment of freight transportation bill processing and payment solutions for the Fortune 500 organization.  Health care supply chain services provider manages a large commercial transportation network for its business, partners, and suppliers.  Sophisticated solutions are needed in bill of lading manifesting, freight bill processing, freight audit, payment, and transportation data analytics.  Existing solutions do not meet the business’ needs.  Quetica was hired to initially assess the existing solutions and then design and help implement the new solutions.  The new solutions streamline business processes, increase operational efficiency and processing accuracy, and improve service levels.
