Kellogg 7-Story Residential Building

The scope of work for this (est.) $12 million project in Saint Paul, MN, included demolition of existing buildings, utilities and landscaping to construct a seven-story residential complex in an urban environment. Civil engineering design included new accesses to underground parking, storm sewer, watermain, sanitary sewer and grading to accommodate ADA access and site design.
