Minnesota Army National Guard Renovation of Building 3-86 at Camp Ripley
Quetica was part of the consulting team to renovate the 3-86 building, also known as the Senior Ranks Club at Camp Ripley, for the Minnesota Army National Guard in Little Falls, Minnesota. The project aimed to address deficiencies by installing a fire alarm and mass notification system, upgrading the HVAC and insulation, and adding a proper arms vault. Other goals included upgrading to blast-resistant glazing, replacing windows and doors with energy-efficient units, and replacing interior finishes. Quetica provided structural engineering services.
