Minnesota Opera LAB Theater Renovation + Remodel

Quetica served as a forensic engineering consultant and civil design consultant to determine and correct water intrusions to the lower level of the LAB theater. Quetica conducted feasibility studies to determine the optimal method of correction/mitigation of the issue using new and existing stormwater infrastructure. Construction documents were created, and the issue has been resolved.
