Operational Excellence in Global Financial Services Company

Quetica completed an Operational Excellence project to assess the newly acquired division of a global financial services company and develop business and IT strategies and plans to reduce operational costs and improve service levels in time to market and product quality. The scope of the project included assessment of product and technology plan, business architecture, business processes, risk assessment, information architecture, application architecture, technical architecture, security architecture, business and system integration, and IT project management approach. It also included the design of new development and project management processes, IT organization structure, project risk assessment and management, quality assurance process, and improvement of information, application, and technical architecture. Technologies include database, server application, web application, and data warehouse. One of the tangible benefits from this project included over €2 million in direct cost saving per year.
