Quetica served as a Civil Engineering consultant working with a client to split a 20.2-acre parcel into four lots for single family homes. Stormwater infrastructure was designed to mitigate additional water flow to adjacent properties and public right of way. Multiple subcontractors were included in this project to meet the cities requirements for residential development. As part of the City requirements, the following surveys were completed: Soil borings, Percolation testing, Topographic and ALTA survey, and Wetland delineation. A neighborhood meeting was also conducted to take questions and concerns relating to the proposed development.
