The Grove Mixed-Use Development

Quetica was hired by the developer as lead civil engineer for the project at the southeast corner of Snelling and St. Clair avenues in Saint Paul. “The Grove” development consists of a six-story mixed-use building with 4,000 square feet of retail on the first floor under three stories (118 units) of multi-family residential. This urban development’s complex utility and stormwater management issues drove the design and utilization of the site.
