Quetica was hired by the developer as lead engineer for the project at the southeast corner of Snelling and St. Clair avenues in Saint Paul. The development consists of a six-story mixed-use building with 4,000 square feet of retail on the first floor under three stories (118 units) of multi-family residential. This urban development’s complex utility and stormwater management issues drove the design and utilization of the site.
