The Donegan Seven-Story Residential Building

The Donegan is a seven-story apartment building located adjacent to the Union Depot in downtown Saint Paul just north of the Mississippi River. The scope of work for this  project in Saint Paul, MN, included demolition of existing buildings, utilities and landscaping to construct a seven-story residential complex in an urban environment. The design followed the Historic Preservation guidelines which required the building’s character and scale to match the surrounding buildings. Civil engineering design included new accesses to underground parking, storm sewer, watermain, sanitary sewer and grading to accommodate ADA access and site design.
