Tomah Veterans Administration Medical Center, Building 404 Expansion + Renovation

Quetica served as the civil engineering subconsultant to a SDVOSB architectural firm for this large, outpatient mental health project which includes a 4,560 SF, multi-story addition and a 38,365 SF, three-floor renovation of Building 404 at the Tomah VAMC to create a state-of-the-art Mental Health Outpatient facility. Due to the historic nature of this VAMC, the project required extensive Historic Preservation and adherence to the Historical Resources Management Plan. The new $15M facility required phased construction through project duration. The project is part of a larger effort to improve access to care for veterans at the Tomah VA Medical Center.
