WinnMed, Medical Center Expansion + Renovation

WinnMed, known as Winneshiek Medical Center until June 2023, is a 25-bed not-for-profit hospital and part of the Mayo Clinic Health System.

This project was an expansion and renovation to the existing medical facility with work scope to include expanded surgery and central sterile departments and a vertical addition of two stories for the specialty clinic for WinnMed in Decorah, Iowa. Quetica provided structural engineering services. The construction system consists of steel framing, composite steel floors, and conventional foundations.
