Denny Langer, PE – MEP & Forensic Lead, Senior Mechanical Engineer
With more than 35 years of professional experience, Denny Langer has established a distinguished career in architecture, engineering, and construction project management, serving both public and private sector clients. He has successfully led the planning, design, and delivery of complex projects across government, manufacturing, food processing, industrial, educational, and residential sectors.
As an Architecture and Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager, Denny provides end-to-end leadership—from initial concept through final completion. He oversees design development, coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, prepares construction and bid documents, and ensures quality control throughout commissioning and startup. Known for his hands-on approach, technical depth, and attention to detail, Denny consistently delivers projects with precision, reliability, and integrity.
In addition to traditional design and construction services, Denny has developed a well-respected specialty in forensic architecture and engineering consulting. Since 2005, he has performed more than 2,000 forensic evaluations involving building design issues, construction defects, insurance claims, and accident investigations. Partnering with insurance carriers, law firms, and private clients, he provides litigation support through comprehensive investigations that evaluate building performance, code compliance, and the root causes of structural and system failures. His expertise also includes fraud detection, insurance claim analysis, and expert witness testimony in matters involving architectural and engineering standards.
