Rick is a well-respected industry expert in supply chain management and design, freight payment, and supply chain financing. Having coined the industry term “Financial Supply Chain”, Rick has been at the forefront of the concept that covers supply chain optimization, online payment systems, and supply chain financing technologies since its inception. Having served in the U.S. Army for over 20 years and worked closely with many U.S. government agencies, Rick has accumulated extensive experience and expertise in assisting government agencies in reducing operational costs and improving service levels in supply chain management and payment.
