Rick Langer, Managing Director & President

Rick Langer is the President and Managing Director of Quetica, a transportation, supply chain, global trade, engineering, and information technology consulting firm. He is a retired senior military officer with various career assignments designing and managing expeditionary supply chains and transportation networks. Rick is a well-respected industry expert in government and private sector designing and building global supply chain, transportation and trade systems for half of the Fortune 500 and Federal Government.

As Managing Director, Rick works with senior sponsors within government agencies and commercial organizations to develop, design, structure or reengineer business and/or technical strategies, organizations, and core business processes to solve a wide variety of client needs and challenges across all areas of subject matter expertise. He helps organizations evaluate their objectives, supply chain needs, resource constraints, and cost structure, as well as develop and implement short and long-term strategies and reusable frameworks to deploy assets for optimal operational and financial performance.
