Holly Zimmerman, Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer
Holly Zimmerman is Quetica’s Chief Operating Officer and has 30 years of experience converting complex problems into practical solutions for government and commercial clients facing challenging strategic, technical and operational issues. Providing project, financial and operational oversight, Holly is an extremely detailed-oriented professional with experience in supply chain and transportation management, optimization, program management, and deploying technology solutions across public and private sector organizations. She successfully leads technical, financial oversight, and quality assurance roles on a multitude of supply chain and freight network optimization, analytics, engineering, and planning projects. As Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Quetica, Holly establishes and manages all of Quetica’s federal supply schedules and state and local government contracts, as well as providing senior level oversight for quality assurance and controls.
