Working together with the Saint Paul Chamber of Commerce and BWBR Architects, Eric Beazley, Quetica, and Max Musicant, The Musicant Group, recently spoke to a group of emerging and current civil and business leaders at a Leadership Saint Paul workshop to discuss the programming transformation of the property adjacent to the Light Rail Central Station in Saint Paul. This exciting project looks to bring vitality to the area as we aim to gather the community by creating the first food truck plaza in the city. The programming effort began with interviewing over 400 hundred residents, employees, and visitors to downtown Saint Paul to obtain ideas on space utilization.
Quetica is providing the civil engineering, site design, and planning for the project. In addition, Quetica completed a three-dimensional visualization of the proposed project to bring the project to life during the planning and marketing phases. We hope to see you this summer at Central Station’s community events and activities.
